Lindsay enters her second season with Penn Highlands Volleyball Club after coaching 15 Jolt in 2009. Lindsay graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a bachelors degree in education. While at Cal U, Lindsay played 2 years of softball for the Vulcans. After 2 years, she decided to redirect her softball knowledge into coaching at her alma mater, Elizabeth Forward High School.
In 2005, Lindsay began her volleyball coaching career at Ringgold High School as an assistant to Sandy Smith, the co-founder of Penn Highlands Volleyball Club. When Smith resigned from Ringgold in 2006, Lindsay assumed the role as head coach. In the 2006 season, Ringgold compiled a record of 8-4, and made it to the WPIAL AA playoffs for the first time in 4 years.
In 2007, Lindsay accepted the head coaching job at Elizabeth Forward, where in her 3 years as coach, the team has compiled an impressive 42-8 record, making it to the WPIAL AA playoffs all 3 seasons. In the 2008 season, Elizabeth Forward set a school record of 17-1 and won the section title with an undefeated (10-0) section record.
