Heather Kelly enters her fourth season with Penn Highlands Volleyball Club after coaching the 17 Hawaiian Punch and 16 Slice in 2009, 14 Tigers in 2008 and the 15 Twizzlers in 2007. Heather recently finished out her college volleyball career at Penn State Fayette, earning many athletic and academic honors. In her time on the squad, the team earned the PSUAC championship title 3 out of 4 years.

Heather comes to Penn Highlands Volleyball Club and Penn State Fayette from Keystone Oaks High School where she earned 2005 Quigley Catholic All-tournament team honors as well as kill-leader for her 2005 varsity team. Heather also participated in junior olympic volleyball at neighboring club Pittsburgh Three Rivers. She earned positions on the 2004 17 Black team, and the 2005 18 Blue team, where she served as team co-captain.
