Vision:
Teach, promote, and encourage the game of volleyball to female athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Mission:
Substantially elevate the level of competitive play in girls' volleyball in the surrounding area
Club Objectives:
- I. Participate in competitive tournaments both regionally, and nationally.
- Regional: Compete well in regional level tournaments, and finish on a high level at OVR Junior Championships
- National: Compete in national level tournaments, as well as, qualify for and compete at the OVR Bid Tournaments and USA Volleyball Junior Olympic Volleyball Championships.
- II. Provide college recruiting opportunities to older players through competitive tournaments.
- III. Emphasize skill development in younger players, as well as, enforce proper fundamentals to all athletes.
- IV. Promote Penn Highlands Volleyball Club to college coaches, area schools, and other USVA clubs.
- V. Maintain high standards and expectations at all practices and competitive events.
- VI. Promote an atmosphere of camaraderie and team spirit that encourages sportsmanship, citizenship, and respect within each player and parent.
